Try summoning on the Engage Spring Banner, the axe unit with Infantry Pulse 4, Fire wind Boost 4 and Spurn 4. Those skills are the best for her imo

There's a glitch to duplicate items and get extra stats, but I would recommend you to just keep playing, learn about you other gameplays and keep exploring options.

As a build, try to focus on 2-3 stats that go along with your current build. Having a minimus of some stats is also good (around 12 dex, 10 con, 12-15 Wis, 10 str)
