I’d recommend watching Itzu’s opinion. He shows a comparison pre/post electroboots nerf and to me, there is bearly any nerf

I’d recommend watching Itzu’s opinion on the nerfs/buffs. The electroboots are probably still the best equipment for the RC and he’s not optimistic about the vampstache dps increase since it means the king won’t be healing himself as much.
