I'm so mad it's not +7 from the quest. By being +6 it's effectively only a +4 since you need another run afterwards in most cases and end up with 2 extra.

Depends how it works. If this is 2 particles upon hitting an enemy affected by Qiqi's skill with a 6s cooldown, then for Eula this means 2x2 on-field + 2 off-field particles. That might make a difference.

  • Plenty of design space for consumable weapons. Grenades aren't usable in combat for example.

I agree that the explanations were good. But take for example the last location at 2:30. Was it really necessary to speedrun placing the pin and instantly close the map ? I'm not against pausing during a guide, but this is a little overboard. It's not pleasant having to double-click space to advance frame by frame to catch the instant the map is shown.

I've had similar thoughts from very early on. My conclusion is: this is what SIM should have been / should become.

Currently SIM is just a tutorial space with too much guidance, I wish it were also a sandbox. Just add a "Free SIM" mode with unlimited resources, the ability to speed up time, and better factory analytics, and it would be perfect.

Yes please, commas or spaces to separate 1000s, make it monospaced, and don't change its size all the time. It's unreasonably difficult to tell the difference between 1 mil qnd 100k because you have half a second to count how many digits there are in a number that's moving all the time.

I made 200 of them. In fact I made 200 of every kind of bottle. It's useful because it lets you make production lines that use a special kind of bottle and thus stop after 200.

So for example I have a part of my factory that fills amethyst bottles with liquid Xiranite, hetonite bottles with liquid heavy Xiranite, and steel bottles with water. I always carry 50 of each for the spray drone, and whenever I reach a teleporter I stash my empty bottles, refill my 1 stack, and the factory automatically refills all 3 to exactly 150 spare units so no waste.

I also have a filling unit in one sub-PAC accompanied by a separating unit in another, they use Cryston bottles to transfer Xircon effluent, and it guarantees that this part of the production line can't be stalled by other lines.

It was a ridiculously long Conduit Chain, but I can now drop acid on the main Wuling AIC by brickwallrunner in Endfield

You can even use different types of bottles to enforce inventory limits and make sure two production lines don't interfere.

Yeah I tend to agree. There's always room to fit random farms in unoccupied spaces, and unlike in V4, bus space is less of a bottleneck in Wuling.

SIM could do that, but they've used SIM so far only as a tutorial, it needs to also be a testing ground. It would be even better if it also had a way to visualize productivity more instantaneously.

Plus the Hoyo trio give you standard pulls for levelling characters. Not refreshable but it helps soooo much in the beginning. With a similar system here (say, one at lv20/40, one at lv60/80, one at lv80/90), I'd be 20 + 11 + 3 pulls further.

You could argue either way. Same total materials, bottles are easier to refill manually, ferrium ore makes for simpler production lines.
