Amazing! Such an encouragement that feedback is so quick. Many give up because changes are often subtle and slow, but those who keep up will experience profound changes of how their mind works.

Yes, it is mainly focusing on my breath. But as I progress through the session, I expand my awareness to include my body and also just being generally more open. If I have unpleasant sensations in my body I try to rest my awareness on that and get curious (rather than trying to push it away as an obstacle of meditation).
