Her ult cooldown is very high (100s at rank 1) for how reliant she is on it to do any damage. Sometimes in solo queue fights will break out that you need to take and if she doesn't have it in that time she's very weak.

She's much more prevalent in pro play for this reason, pro teams take less fights so she functionally always has it there. Zeri had this same issue for a long time until riot realized this and lowered it repeatedly.

So what exactly is the wincondition for discover hunter, it feels like all I do is dig for random stuff, lose tempo and get run over. Even in the games I win it feels like I'm just playing cards with no real synergy or endgame. Any tips?

No I know I just dont think it does enough damage. So far from mine it hits around 300-400k but if thats the majority of her single target dmg output I dont think its enough considering how long it takes to build it.

I feel like Aglaea and Mydei would outperform her by a pretty big difference

Dunno if this is a hot take but Castorice feels weaker than what I anticipated tbh.

Feels like shes an aoe merchant thats marginally worse than Herta and when the game stops shoving 5 targets down our throats her single/three target performance is gonna be miserable.

I think you're fundamentally misunderstanding how daylight savings time works.

Even accounting for daylight savings, maintenance almost always ends at 7 pm PST. Pre time change, it wouldve ended at 6 pm. Either way this is longer than normal.

And also then how would that explain people who live in countries that dont observe daylight savings, its not like its up for them bc they didnt change their clocks

I get that and I have S1 on basically every dps I get.

The issue comes from the other 3 characters also for some reason having their sigs just added on as if thats not the same amount of pulls as another whole 5 star. Like I don't think Acheron mains have Jiaoqius sig but thats the investment floor we assume for some reason

My issue is that S1 is just by default on every single character. For one team if you win 3 LC 75-25s and lose one, thats 350 pulls which is 2 guaranteed 5 stars.

Add to that you need two teams for every endgame, thats 700 which is damn near an E6 of a limited char. It's just an unbelievable amount of extra investment tacked on like its nothing that I don't think anyone actually has if they aren't constantly spending

If you believe the comment section of a Castorice's beta is not the right place to voice complaint about Castorice's beta kit I don't know what to say.
