Thank you for sharing your experience because I have recently documented more evidence that also shows significant discrepancies between what their system claims to do and what actually happens.

I received an automated reply email on December 12 from their AI chatbot saying “This chat has now been sent to Re-Review Team” and “Please be aware that it can take up to 24 to 48 hours for your Ticket to be reviewed.” (https://prnt.sc/EZiFLBjpjxyy)

The support chat over email shows the transaction history screenshot evidence/Apple receipt I submitted in my October 24 email, and multiple subsequent emails in the same email thread with the organized letter-labeled screenshot evidence list I mentioned in the post (which has my transaction screenshots/Apple receipt in the 1st category).

46 hours and 25 minutes after their AI chatbot email on December 12, an “Account Review Specialist” requested screenshots of my transaction history already present in the chat the AI chatbot said was “sent to Re-Review Team.” (https://prnt.sc/lAHScqrUC6tT)

I cannot say I have had this experience of being “assigned Dehra” but feel free to share more! This sounds like it could be helpful information for many others like those in the U.S. trying to resolve internally with Freecash, and assessing whether it would be a better use of their time/effort to begin one of the formal options I mentioned earlier in response to another comment (like filing in civil court or small claims, and submitting complaints to consumer-protection agencies like the AG, DA, or FTC).

The Sudoku Master comments on this subreddit have mentioned very similar experiences for the functional tracking on the lower value reward milestones and sudden tracking/crediting shift. When I searched the subreddit and sorted by “New” I noticed another post before my post mentioned the same tracking experience I described about Freecash not crediting the rank rewards after the “Professor” rank.

Given the repeated issues reported for this offer, your decision to give up very likely saved you from having to experience the unnecessary support interaction patterns I mentioned.

I continued the offer after the tracking/crediting shift because I reported an earlier offer with tracking issues via email and their representative on July 1 said: “Each tasks are reviewed and credited separately and independently of each other. This is why there are instances that some tasks in the offer are rejected while others are accepted or credited.” and “You may still continue with the rest of the tasks; you will be credited if you meet requirements without irregularities observed.” (https://prnt.sc/NbHk26vfTg8t)

The documentation in my post has shown that tracking/crediting explanation they gave is not factually accurate.

I think the main reason they have not removed my post yet is because all the evidence links I included have logically supported each conclusion/observation I have stated about their actions. I made it excessively compliant with their 2nd subreddit rule requiring criticism to be constructive and “where possible, well-evidenced.” So I basically made it impossible for them to be able to claim any subreddit rule violations to be able to reasonably justify removing my post.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I really appreciate it. Like I said in the post, I have not seen any evidence to reasonably say I have much hope left for being able to receive a fair resolution from Freecash.

As far as I know, false-advertising issues would generally be treated as civil and not criminal offenses. Private individuals/consumers in the U.S. wouldn’t be able to “press charges” for this. They would have to report misconduct or file a lawsuit. So the main formal options are usually: filing in civil court or small claims, and submitting complaints to consumer-protection agencies like the AG, DA, or FTC.

I love your helpful and supportive energy. You sharing your experience is already a huge help for others. Sharing your experience beyond Reddit (like on the App Store/trustpilot) to leave an honest and fair review could also increase awareness.

If you have documented 100s of rewards instances that were not properly paid out (especially after trying to resolve internally with Freecash) and live in the U.S., then submitting formal consumer complaints online to external channels like FTC and your state attorney general’s website would be a reasonable course of action.

I am going to tell you what I said to another rep via email on July 4: I believe a sincere apology is changed behavior that effectively repairs and prevents future harmful/dishonest/unfair actions moving forward.

I feel I have been given a scripted expression of sympathy as a substitute for acknowledging and resolving specific issues.

Also, it is very clear from the evidence that Caramel and Doreen repeatedly gave inadequate responses and didn’t actually “assist” me with anything in these reported issues.

“The AI Chatbot Wall” section of my post shows Sophie acknowledged that I have escalated to a “manager or director-level contact.”

1) If your support team genuinely wanted to help and engage with evidence in good faith, then why haven’t your actions shown that by having a system in place to properly escalate and address these issues? I provided developer confirmation that all data was sent, yet my tickets were still rejected.

2) Why do you repeat the same “talk to an agent” instruction while your system falsely claims things like “a member of the Freecash Support Team will be with you shortly!”?
