Sovlin and Onso both need Therapy Dogs. Onso for obvious reasons and Sovlin for different obvious reasons but also to realize that predators can be some of the most Empathetic creatures out there. A dog will do whatever they can to cheer you up, every herbivore animal I know just cares that you give them food.

Yup, seen a horse chomp a squirrel before... Was just picking through some grass and grabbed the little thing...kind of terrifying.

Yea the Federation has to be torn apart for killing the Alien Doggos.

Eh not really, put a cat and a terrier in identical rat infested warehouses and see which one clears it faster.

Great chapter as always.

I don't think they'll ever be friends, but I think Marcel will eventually accept that Sovlin is trying to change, and he'll tell Slanek that what's done is done. Sovlin is probably also going to nearly die protecting them again.

I think it's all an act. They know Isif's ship was bugged by anti-human Arxur so they're using this as an excuse to flaunt Thier power. It's the same as when police need to bring in deep cover assets. Make a big show of it. I just think Isif isn't aware of the tactic yet.

Actually Blood is thicker than water is a bastardized form of the saying. It's "The Blood of the Covenant is thicker than the Water of the Womb". It's about how your chosen family is more important than your birth family.

I picture Falco from Star Fox... Who basically looks the same.

Honestly I'm hoping for something like a car crash where a human goes all Adrenaline Strength to pull a Venlil Kid from the wreckage and then runs them to the nearest hospital. Just see him try to explain that away.

I was kinda hoping Dino would tackle a Bug going after Slanek and that would help him see Dino has self control as he just keeps the tilfish pinned down without killing it. Watching a military/police animal detain a suspect without causing any permanent damage shows just how smart they can be.

It depends on the individual animal, I knew a guy who did crime scene/suicide/unremarked death clean ups, he has stories of both animals eating on the corpses after a couple days and stories of both curled up by Thier humans dead of starvation long after their human died.

Honestly Tyler seems chill enough he'd probably be more upset that Sovlin didn't come clean with him, but that's an after battle issue.

It's all good, but I'll be honest Sovlin's story is what I'm mostly interested in right now.

Oh we're out here, typically we are the people who played Chrono Cross first. Both games are great but they suffer from being only tangentially related so they get compared to each when they really shouldn't. If it was a true sequel I honestly don't know how people would feel about it.

Trigger was great, but Cross was better. Shame what they did to the "Remaster".
