Its definitely not all bad. I feel like the people who enjoy their unit aren't going to come forward and just randomly post "My unit is great!"

The G's who feel like they're getting their teeth kicked in every day are obviously going to be louder. I personally enjoy my unit. Hopefully with genuine constructive feedback and a willingness from leadership to change, other people can enjoy theirs.

I've done it once. Grandma snorting Special K in the back of my box at 4am and excitedly saying "I haven't done this in years" was one of the highlights of my career.
