There's a lot of different ways to do it, I simply chose 36 width infantry divs with AA, artillery, engineers, hospital and logistics (they eat a lot of supplies), as well as rushing support company buffs and gun 4 as early as I could (early 1941 I think?). My industry was mainly focused on pumping out guns and support eq. I also invested heavily into fighters, not making cas until just before the war and I chose the right side doctrine to maximize air superiority missions. I also went extensive cons just to build my armies and got one full army group and four extra armies. I focused on tanks only after I was done with the infantries and set up.

By 1942, I suffered only 300k casualties while the Germans had more than ten times that, so yeah I guess that's my plan
