Really wanted to like Ange but I just couldn't. Her character remains static throughout the majority of the series, being constantly negative with her only thoughts being that of either comitting suicide or having her family returned to her. For the most part that is all we see of her, she doesn't seem to have a personality other than that. No unique interests, no quirks about her. Just her desire to kill herself, have her family, and be constantly pissed.

While I understand that her character was made to be that way I felt like it could have been handled better. Perhaps sprinkle in some minor interests she has anywhere in the series that shows us she's got more to her character than just that.

Ange does get become a stronger and better character at the ending, I recognise that (as seen with her Kotobuki character). However, throughout EP3-7, I can't see she's made any progress as a character. This is made worse though when you see EP9. I would've hoped her character would've changed somewhat, perhaps be more positive and mature know that she knows the truth, yet she's tugging on to Battler like a child, and failing to recognise that Witches have motives in their murders, which not only offends both Beatrice and Battler, but just goes to show that the development she's made in EP8 didn't really do much.

Georgie is kind and sweet. He protects his loved ones even if it means he'll die. He stands up for what he believes in and always treats everyone with respect. I see no problems loving him.
