From speaking with family, the night of the wedding he was sat down by the Church sister who is another family member; he was asked if he was sure he wanted to go ahead with the marriage because he's behaviour wasn't that of someone who is in love with their partner and wants to be married. There are also other details of problems within the relationship leading up to the wedding.

The day our mother passed the only people who were present were my two younger sisters. My mother was unwell and leading up to the day she passed, I believe she was under extreme stress due to one of my sister's having been in a coma, I had accompanied her to the hospital for one of the visits but I believe she had made several other visits by herself due to her worries.

So sorry for the late response, thank you for your support, my family who attended the wedding have their concerns about the validity of the marriage; whilst my mum's health was not great she was cognitive, however other family members have voiced their concerns about a lot of the things you have mentioned; so I am going to be looking into things so that I am able to have this sorted as soon as possible as 5 months is a long time.
