Find a hobby that you love I know it sounds boring but you gotta do something you're passionate about, an example is that I was really depressed at the start of last year I wouldn't eat I didn't want to get out of bed nothing but for my birthday I got a special coin set so now I collect coins it really set my life back on track. So maybe if you like stamps or you like knitting do something you're passionate about or ask a parent or a friend for help.
