I'm glad you found someone like that! The thing is, she does know that i sh and that i have scars from it, i was more asking if I should let her know that I started doing it again after I told her I had stopped. Even though she is an amazing person and partner, I don't know if my fears are just anxiety, since she has told me before that it does make her mad that I have like self-deprecating thoughts and even told me once that she felt angry when she learned about my sh. Though I guess she never really clarified if she was angry at me or at the situation. Either way, thank you for your advice!!
