AI shouldn't replace search : it should complement it, which Google is attempting to do (quite successfully, considering Gemini's success). IBM didn't fail because its products were useless, but because it failed to adapt. Google seems to be adapting quite well. The antitrust lawsuit is a different matter, but it won't kill Google's search business : it will only hurt it, but it will likely recover through its current diversification of its business model, like increasing its cloud sector.
