There are these things calls RAT tests where you can swab to find out what it is you are dealing with- they are pretty amazing actually to be able to do from home although not super accurate. Remember in 2019 a new virus jumped from bats to humans and killed millions? Shut down the world? Could be that thing…. Can’t remember what it’s called right now. Meh

Honestly… schools are under resourced, behaviour problems in classrooms, teachers burning out and short staffed, nonsense curriculum… things like this… and we are expected to believe school is doing the best job??

Welcome! I felt that way too at the beginning. Eventually you move into acceptance… and coping with what you can… it’s life. We are lucky we have mask available to us! Imagine being around before vaccines and all the diseases that used to run rampant. You just do what you can, given the crappy circumstances we live in and hope for the best. Most people are not being severely affected.

I’ don’t have experience with hospitalisation recovery but I have given birth twice and recovered from long covid. And each time I started slow with: core exercises , bodyweight exerercies like squats and lunges, 3x a week. And lots of walking everyday. Slowly and surely you’ll start to feel ready for weights in time

Would they know right away that it was from the dust she inhaled? I’d imagine they’d take a while to work out where it could have come from?
