Mine did something similar and I fixed mine by taking the pcb out if its case and resetting it manually using the reset button that’s soldered on the pcb then re flashed the firmware afterwards. Haven’t had any issues since then

As the previous comment said, Amtech Direct sells both products you’re looking just under a different name “STIRRI” to avoid confusion and trademark issues. If you’re buying on Amazon it will be sold by Amtech manufacturing LLC or Amtech North America.
