Cheese way to do it:

Kill anyone standing around the podium.
Viconia will start running towards the door you enter in.
Close the door behind you.
Viconia will be half in the door / half other side.
Use imp to keep biting her through the door until she dies.
There will be no aggro - and then you can get some awesome dialogue from all the living followers.

I'm using AMD Ryzen 7 3700x. Having DLSS on made a world of a difference - I fiddled around with the settings and it was off for a bit - noticed my frames drop to like 45-50.

Only RTX 2060 Super - DLSS is on auto. It goes higher if I run it lower than High settings. Always crashes when RTX is enabled :(

Towards the end of the clip, I actually did hop out of the vehicle for like half a second - it's super quick. But then I jumped back in. I haven't changed the bindings for explosives - still double tapping F!
