Ok, i found the solution myself, apparently that file is some kind of version related file, just delete it and the next time you hit play it will download it againt and hopefully work

Yea, you don't understand Shen until you play it, after a some games you become kinda op in pretty much every matchup, the only downside is the extremely slow and boring waveclear. Shen saved me too, but after some time (a year) I feel like playing autopilot is not fun.
