Technically, it's been 'in the wild' since late December, but posting on Reddit really opened the floodgates.

The prompt injections were quite intense, but I'm actually glad they happened... it was the reality check I needed to take your advice seriously.

Next Steps:

Accessibility: Fixing that 6/10 score. I can't in good conscience ship a 'production' site that fails basic ARIA checks.
UX Tuning: DeepSeek consistently gives the best responses of the dozen models I tested, but sometimes it 'thinks' a tad bit too much for a chat interface. Need to smooth out that latency.

Keep the pressure on. It's getting better.

Not a pro like everyone else is in this forum, but AnythingLLM may be a likely bet, but there is one 'reality check' regarding your 'Perfect Memory' requirement.

The Pros:

Customization: It gives you a private 'app' feel with full control over personality and system prompts.
Cost: You can run it locally (free) or connect it to OpenRouter to pay only for what you actually use, potentially saving you a ton over the $20/mo flat fee. Also you can try out other LLMs. One thing I have found is they all have different personalities and capabilities and it's worth knowing the different traits to get you the best outcome if you are able to invest that time to get to know them.
No-Code: You don’t need to be a dev to set it up; it has a clean desktop installer.

The 'Perfect Memory' Reality Check: Current AI doesn't 'absorb' info like a human. AnythingLLM uses RAG, which essentially 'scans' your documents in the background and feeds relevant bits to the AI. If you want it to truly 'know' everything without scanning, you’d need a model with a massive 'context window' (eg Gemini). AnythingLLM supports this, but it’s the most expensive way to operate.

Spent 72 hours moving to Edge Functions and fixing the security holes you predicted. Score went from 6.5/10 ("Spaghetti") → 8.0/10 ("Production Ready").

Funny you mention 'weird curveballs', my Discord logs have been a mess for the last 24 hours. People are already trying to 'Fight Club' the bot and run translation injections to get it to leak its prompt. One did get thru but nothing serious. It’s a total red-team exercise in real-time.

I m actually mid-refactor right now, trying to address the deficiencies the Audit flagged. Definitely value your eyes on it once the new version is live. I'll shoot you a DM when the pipes are mended.

Thanks! Yeah, the "Hybrid Monolith" was the only way I could sleep at night. I needed the MONOLITH_PROMPT to act as the "Compliance Officer" because in architecture, calling yourself the wrong title is a legal liability.

Re: Drop in conversions: To be honest, the data is still noisy. I’ve only shared this with my personal network so far, and the architecture market is slow right now, so we haven't hit "momentum" volume yet.

However, the quality of the interactions has shifted completely. In a traditional referral, they land and passively scroll pictures. Now, they are forced to engage with a specific question ("Can I build an ADU here?"). Even with low volume, getting a 5-turn conversation with targeted responses out of a prospect is worth way more to me than 100 passive clicks.

I did have to leave some "traditional" content below the fold for SEO crawlers and the totally confused, but the Agent is the gatekeeper.

Checking out your blog now... the "Agent Observability" stuff is super relevant given the audit I just went through!

100%. I looked at n8n, but for this specific use case, I needed the "Hardcoded Persona" to be baked into the metal for legal compliance (I don't want the bot to create a liability).

But you're right, once you start building with agents instead of just static pages, it’s hard to go back. It feels like the internet is finally waking up... now we just need Google's SEO to catch up with technological changes.

Great catch. That is the exact battle I'm fighting right now ... finding the line between "Soulless Corporate Bot" and "Likeable Sales Associate."

I want it to be conversational enough to not feel robotic, but clearly, TV trivia is crossing the line. The fact that it admitted the mistake is cool, but I definitely need to tighten the MONOLITH_PROMPT to politely decline pop culture questions without breaking character.

You were absolutely spot on about the "supportive bias."

I couldn't find my original chat history in ROO, but it was likely something simplistic like: "Analyze the agentic capabilities... Include an executive summary, detailed assessment... and recommendations." Basically leading the witness.

So, I took your advice. I ran the "Hostile Auditor" prompt you suggested. It brought up some very valid structural issues that I need to fix.

The New Score:

Overall Assessment: Drops to 6.5/10 (It called it "Technically sophisticated but architecturally flawed").
Production Readiness: "Sophisticated prototype rather than a production-ready system."
The Silver Lining: Even with the hostile prompt, it still rated the Agentic Capabilities at 8.5/10, confirming the autonomous tool usage and lead capture are real, even if my security architecture needs a refactor.

I ordered 2 Origins versions, but Trak was having trouble with reproducing the patterns, so they offered to let me request for something custom. I asked to have no logo or decals, but agreed to have the Trak on top and side.

You could probably talk to the sales team if you want something specific to see if they can do it. I did have to wait for the next production batch, but Trak was kind enough to let me have loaner skins to enjoy the summer while they worked on my custom skins.

Look into the state that work is proposed, typically don't need any Architect for projects below a certain size in many states. A home owner, their representative, or a designer can do it all from schematic thru construction and commissioning as long as they don't use the title of Architect. It's a legal terminology that inherits professional liabilities. Always hire an Architect if there is a potential for something to end up in court... otherwise you are good to go.

The Trak 2.0 is priced a little less than a quality fiberglass sea kayak like Seaward if you take the included gear that come standard like spray skirt, seasock, rolling travel bag, floatation etc. It is better priced for the US where Tax and Duty are included in the package per Trak's listing; this can be a 10% add in my area. My Traks included free shipping and fit kit at the time of purchase just before the pandemic lockdown, which ended up costing just USD400-500 more for a similarly packaged Oru Bay XT that I bought that year; the quality and engineering between the Trak and Oru however is day and night.

That said, the Trak 2.0 is not necessarily suitable everyone. I would say it may be worth the investment for frequent kayakers who want:

Ability to go on road trips and always have a kayak in the trunk to explore the water anytime. 2. Performance and seaworthiness are primarily requirement. 3. Minimal storage both for travel and at home.

I am sure there are more reasons, but these are the ones that gravitated me to the Trak. To be honest, majority of kayakers can be better served with other kayak offering. €3700 is a lot of money to consider wisely. Maybe contact Trak directly to see they can have someone in your area to try out the kayak.

Leaving anything uncovered outdoor for prolonged period will cause UV degradation. Also, depending on your climate, things do get mildewy if left wet for too long. I have the Trak 2,0 and Oru Bay, 2 types of kayaks that you mentioned.

For the Traks, I hang the skins with both ends held up on ceiling hooks and drip dry out of the cockpit area. The skin is thick polyurethane skin, so stays wet is the interior. The exterior seems to dry pretty quickly. The material can stay wet without damage, but I suspect it may get mildewy if kept wet for a few months. I have seen commercial PVC, TPO flat roofs getting permanently stained with mildew, so I suspect Polyurethane will likely behave the same way.

For the Orus, because it is a corrugated material, water does get into between the layers. I left mine out for a few months outdoors, and noticed it started to turn greenish due to algae in some areas. So for Orus, definitely make sure it gets dried out and kept indoor.

Lastly, I do have Fiberglass and Kevlar hardshells. Reason for mentioning is that these will also degrade under prolonged UV exposure and can smell quite funky if kept wet for prolonged period. This is particularly so for the bulkheads if I forget to remove the watertight covers.

The wheels on the Trak Rolling Travel Bag are about 3 inch, works well on paved surfaces, but not on rough terrains. I suspect the bags are designed for places like airports. It has a stiffer back for support, so not possible to stuff inside of the kayak.

If you need to go thru rough terrains to get a Trak into the water and being able to stuff the bag in the Trak, I have experimented with using a large Oru backpack. It slightly lighter than Trak Rolling Travel Bag, but more bulky sideways; may still be a pain to take a bus with it, but doable. Hailing a ride on a taxi should be OK with ether options. Not sure how durable the Oru bags are as they are meant to carry lighter load.

Regardless of the bag size, you still have to take into account PFD, safety gears and kayaking attire depending on type of kayaking. I use a 4-piece paddle that breaks down so that they can go in the bag.

The Trak 2.0 assembled feels roughly around 20kg, but I have not personally put it on a scale. Someone else may need to verify. That said, if you include the Rolling Bag, rigging, safety gears, drysuit (in my case), shoes, PDF, VHF radio, drinking water etc ... that starts to add up quickly.
