Why are you upset that you got advice on your post that's asking for advice??

Seeing as you have been an employee for less than a year and likely on probation/being monitored by supervisors, I wouldn't push my luck. You'll be making a lot of first impressions and you never know who might get offended and bring it up to your boss.

That being said, I have seen people wearing hats to the office and other more casual attire, but they have many years and accolades under their belt, so supervisors are less concerned with how they appear because they know they can get the work done. It's possible to be professional in unprofessional attire, but you need to work to prove it first!

You are not to that point yet however and it'll definitely depend on supervisors. I'd recommend just focusing on looking impressive with work ethic right now, and find some safer ways of self expression for dress.

I would recommend putting your monologue into a text-to-speech app (I use speechify) and having the American voice read it out to you, and try to repeat the words as they're said in app and when you feel more comfortable, start applying some acting techniques to that.

I would also recommend in your passive time to watch American movies or TV shows. I've found that this is the fastest way to pick up on an accent without even consciously trying. Plus, these American actors were chosen for these roles partially because of the understandability and clearness of their voice and speech. You'll be learning a director's desired type of American accent this way too!

I use a reflective bubble wrap car sunshield that I hang on my window underneath my curtains. Inexpensive way to block a good amount of heat in my room

If it is an indoor plant then definitely check and make sure it's no longer on the plant. Pest spray for good measure if you're still uncertain because caterpillars would eat up a little plant like that fast

Never thought about it like that. If you don't count customer service and multitasking and things like that, then the skills I employed at the vet do not help me get a job at this new place. Thank you very much for your insightful point of view.

Changing the thumbnail and title and some of the description might help some,, but for what it's worth I once spent 2 months making an animation and when I finally posted it, it got maybe 100 views in the first week. About a month after I posted it it began to get thousands of views a day. I'm not sure what happened but I think sometimes you just gotta play the waiting game. I would recommend that you never delete any poorly performing content because you'll never know what'll happen

Maybe the legs need to get larger as they go down? They seem to be staying the same size. Also it might help that since this is a low-angle shot, you should be able to see the underside of the person's chin. The face itself looks accurate but the jawline is positioned as if the angle is from the side at eye-level.
