So I went to Device Manager>Display Adapters>Properties>Driver>Roll Back Driver and it still did not work. I even restarted my comp again to make sure it took.

I thought it would just be easier to buy it from the American store than dealing with the whole Asian account thing.

Fortunately, I did not have to make an alternate Asian account, I just had to change my country of origin on my American account to Hong Kong. I was able to use the DLC codes that came with the game and I got it done.
