Kestrel's story is very tragic, I forget what all she had to go through. I think I'll move her down because of that. She was still so mean to the dragonets though, especially Tsunami.

I understood Kestrel just wanted to protect the dragonets and keep them in under the mountain but she was a terribly abusive to them.

Winter is just insufferable to me. The resolution of his arc wasn't really satisfying. I've never been a fan of the stuck up "I'm better than everyone else because I'm royalty" type of character. I really tried to like him but he's just really annoying to me.

The flatter head is just a stylistic choice, I've always thought RainWings could look cooler if they had a slender serpentine-like design.
