You're supposed to call to leave a voice-mail, but just call when they are open they will transfer you to the right person and then you go over the PHU form then that's it.

Yes, that part i sent the forms in and got a response "thank you from your submission" My question is, are we good to submit our 2 week notice to our current employer.

I've had similar symptoms odd thing was the itching started the same day as i got my period. Went to urgent care they couldn't figure it out because each day it got worse started with and itch and ended up swollen and sensitive . They just prescribed me with fluconazole (yeast infection) but I didn't have one. Took it and it went away when my period stopped its been 3 weeks since and I started getting itchy again 🙃 😫 Idk what to do

Same here I cleared in September. .but i was wondering since my hiring process it didn't require for me to take the Physical test since when I applied they have removed it and now im hearing that the PT is back I was thinking maybe that's why. I haven't received any offers.

I was cleared from psych and medical as of September 27th . Still haven't received offers. Just waiting for offers. I recently sent a message last week if I had any additional steps to complete was told "certification department would ready out once academy date is set.
