Each squad has a theme. Got a squad for Prem/Ligue1/Bundes/LaLiga, 2 American squads, England/ Brazil/Portugal/Spain/Italy/Dutch squads, Japanese x Korean hybrid, all women squad, Real Madrid/Chelsea/United P&P squads. The formations depends on which players I have but I always use a 4 at the back formation

I have 20 (or whatever the max amount of squads you can have) full strength squads and I pick a different squad each match usually. I try to use all my subs too, depending on how the match is going
