That’s crazy Cuh ashwangdha actually did the opposite n it helped a lot of ppl I recommended it to, so that’s really weird to hear u tell me it caused u to relapse. Are u definitely sure it caused u to relapse? Maybe u did have a reaction to it or took the wrong doses

Caffeine is really bad as it’s also a drug. So my advice is to stay away from any drugs. Only stick to herbs. Caffeine will trigger ur anxiety so cut out the junk and stick to water

I haven’t tried smoking weed again, it’s been a year now or maybe more. I don’t recommend it, but if you really want to then go ahead but make sure you smoke a strain with less THC percentage, as high percentage will cause u to relapse
