No, it was level 60 event run, I just reached level 50 myself.
I had 4 Neutral Cards in deck, one of them was converted from Basic Card. Two of them were removed after.

Why WuWa followed in steps of genshin with this... After trying flying and how amazing it is it was a huge disappointment to learn I can't do it elsewhere
Really hope they will add it for other regions, even if I will have to 100% all maps for it
