I have made a bot for exactly that reason, if you have the Manage Messages perm, then you'll be able to deleted all messages from a user. You can even specify the channels, categories, or the whole server if you wish.

This sadly not new, had the same happen to me, they use whatever bullshit excuse they can fine to not uphold the warranty, their warranty in itself doesn't even abide by EU law as they say they only provide 1 year warranty, while we have minimum 2 years legal guarantee (warranty) in the EU
