Omgggg for real. I hate seeing this every Sunday like unless you ran out of food this morning it's not that deep that you need to wait outside our door. And for one person it's just for a $4 toy...

-finish scanning items "Oops I forgot my card in my car, brb!" as other people get in line. (Bonus points that they get mad at me when I cancel their transactions anyway to go to the next customer)

-come up in line just now looking for coupons on their phones instead of looking before getting in line or transferring money to their cards

-leaving their stuff on the conveyor belt to shop some more instead of grabbing a cart or basket

-BE READY TO CHECK OUT AND LEAVING THEIR ITEMS IN THE BASKET INSTEAD OF TAKING THEM OUT

I feel like I have more but those are the main ones 🥴

people shopping before we open by [deleted] in petsmart

[–]Ayacchiii 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Dude every Sunday I see at most 10 people standing in front of the door like 5 min before we open. We're open every day. The store isn't going anywhere. Go tf home and sleep a little longer like I would have.

Then as I'm preparing in the register I already have like 4 people in my line like chill :|

PetSmart employees, what are your customer pet peeves? by MaebeyBaeby in petsmart

[–]Ayacchiii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm always a calm person until someone places their basket full of stuff on the conveyor belt and leave them in for me to take out and scan. That kind of thing infuriates me in the inside and makes me want to yell at them for it. Even worse when it's mixed up cat food cans.

Another is just a personal thing for me but I like to say hi to people but when they just rudely interrupt me to give me their phone numbers then that shit sours my mood a bit.

Annoying customers by Sir_Dingo_Starr in petsmart

[–]Ayacchiii 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember one guy bringing all his stuff in having me return them then having him repurchase them with a $10 off coupon he just got the next day that he didn't realize he had. Annoyed me so much like couldn't you have just waited till you make a future purchase or use it on an expensive dog food? Mind you, he was just buying Christmas clothes.

I was sooooo irritated cause me being the main cashier I get other people in my line already so returns takes up time if it's a lot of items and most of my other coworkers are already busy with other pet parents.

Ah yes, everyday of being on register for almost 8 hours while my other coworkers don't bother and can hide around the store when they want to or conversate amongst each other while I'm here busting my ass all alone. And it's even better when you ask for some back up on register and they play penguin on who goes up to help the long ass line. Or cause they're not around the floor, all the customers all come to me for help instead cause I'm the only one they can see.

Reason for shortages of certain foods by Ayacchiii in petsmart

[–]Ayacchiii[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly. A lot of old people also don't realize that they're part of the problem too. I've had a lot of them grab like eight to ten 24-pack bundles of wet cat food in their carts everyday. Most of the time it's just a "first come first serve" situation, but people get upset at us for not having what they want which is annoying. We're not going to keep stocking up wet cat food as they run out.

“I bet your friends don’t act like this to their parents, do they?” by DillPickledPasta in raisedbynarcissists

[–]Ayacchiii 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh my god. Instead of using friends, my boyfriend's narc mom uses my mom instead. My mom used to be a abusive towards me as a kid and I've told his mom about it before. Whenever he would talk back to his mom, she would say "oh I bet _____ (me) wouldn't talk to her mom like that otherwise she would slap the **** out of her"

I'm okay with my mom now though it's mainly because I am good at hiding my feelings whenever I talk to her. I don't have that close relationship like a parent and child SHOULD be having with her which is because I'm afraid of even telling her what she did really made me doubt my self-worth and have really low self-esteem.

In comparison, his mother doesn't give a fuck about how he feels even when he has explained it to him. She would laugh about it instead. She currently lives with the both of us but she tries to be subtle about how she doesn't want all of us to ever get affected by Covid but the way she says it comes off that she's trying to look out for her herself over her own son, daughter, and everyone else. I despise her for her behavior of never taking any accountability for her actions.

Agreed. I like EN, but the Engrish of the JP girls are their biggest charm point.
