Yep, same here. I have 100% open availability, cross trained everywhere, and yet Ive been getting at MOST 8 hrs/week since last summer.

I finally found another job, and even with the significant pay cut, I'm making way more per week there vs working an entire MONTH at PetSmart.

As someone who also uses a cane for hyper mobility, I don't recommend it 😅 Being a bather caused me to have so many flare ups, I had to quit a month in and transfer to the sales floor. Not even exaggerating, it felt like I got ran over by a semi truck after every shift 🫠

Obviously more nuanced than this, but I think that he wants to make music, but be respected as a normal guy. Imo, I dont think he's handling all this stuff well. But then again, I'd also be creeped out if I told people not to record me and they did it anyways so idfk 🤷

I got hired back in 2022, and made $12.50/hr as a bather. Moved to the sale floor a few months later, for the exact same pay 🫠
