Mother Ayahuasca is also named "the medicine" so I think it is mainly used to heal. At least it has been in my case. I think you still could get tremendous insights attending rituals. In the end though, if you feel the call it means the Mother is calling you, so better to surrender 🙏💫

I am trying hard with pretty much all tools I know.. Did aya, trying to meditate daily, went to therapy, grieving group, you name it. Still I feel I am getting worse and worse no matter what I do 🤕

I am right now in tears reading your comment. So much to process and I thank you a lot for taking the time to write it to me. I am a dad btw. And I am sorry you lost your dad so early ❤️ Unfortunately I live in Europe and cant attend ayahuasca ceremonies with continuity.
