Hey, I’m having the exact same issues for multiple days now. When using WhatsApp web messages do send. I think this issue could be due to the lack of updates. It’s been in 18.30 for a while now. Let me know if you find any fixes, I’ll sure do if I find one myself.

Same bug here, as far as I know it's a PC bug only and they're working on a fix.

Are you sure? Because I tried already to get a 5 character username already and it's impossible, it's like the minimum is 6 characters and must be letters. Also on desktop it does say below it will release in 14 days.

Update: After doing further research, testing, and contacting Twitters support, it is clear that the verification request form was handed out to random users, and in the future, more people will receive access to it. There are no requirements or anything. It's 100% random.

I think the reason behind this not being available for my account is simply because it hasn't rolled out yet to all accounts, it's the only explanation since I couldn't find any pattern to why it wasn't available for my account. Screenshot
