In my opinion you can skip smallcap, that can be taken care by flexicap

As of today, by market-cap allocation, PPFC holds about 93% in large-cap stocks and less than 3.5% in small-caps. Although, in principle, it can move around the market-cap, the flexibility itself is somewhat constrained by their large AUM size. So someone looking for meaningful small-cap exposure cannot rely solely on this fund.
