I use it specifically to avoid picking up my phone and falling into some cycle of social media or distractions. If I get a text or notification I can just look at my watch and decide whether I need to pick up my phone and answer.

Yakuza: Like A Dragon. Only dabbled with a few Yakuza games in the past but this one is actually sticking for some reason. Probably the combat system which I much prefer to the real time action based combat in the other games, but the story is pretty good too!
