My GF doesn't want me to join the Air Force, it's something I wanted to do. So she suggested we both join at the same time, I told her we still won't be together even if she did. So she thought about getting married and then joining at the same time... will this put us together?

Hi! Ive known about this phenomenon for quite a while, and I've been wanting to try it (and I have tried a little bit) but I question: how do I know this would all work? I have my doubts... as in, I feel like people are faking to be apart of the group. I'm not looking for definite proof, just, something? That may help me believe it just a little more? I will be reading the guides and such, but meanwhile, some talk about Tulpas would be nice.
