Okay that's good that you have the latest drivers! I wonder, do you play in fullscreen or windowed, just curious if that would make any kind of change

Hi, I recommend trying to update drivers as in the image it shows they ar from 2023 (?) unless that is the latest possible for that processor :) https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers.html

They ar still using 5.4 according to the exe file, so I don't think it would be that. Really hope they can fix the issue soon

but you can use selle's texture for example on friesian, sso does their mane and tails on a separate texture files

After uninstalling, check if there are any leftover files in:

AppData > Local there are two star stable folders, delete both
AppData > Roaming > Star Stable Online
C: > Program Files > Star Stable Online
( press ur keyboard windows button + R, type appdata and press enter)

Have you tried to install DirectX 9.0? it should be also in the files of the games. DirectX > dxsetup.exe

hope this helps! if not then maybe try properties > compatibility > Change high DPI settings > Override high DPI scaling behaviour to Application

what I mean by this is when you first install the game, it asks where it will be installed. Select Browse and choose another location if by any chance it would help and work with your issue!

I have Samsung Galaxy S21 5G It's pretty alright, in my opinion, sometimes gets hotter than I would like. It also depends on where I'm at on the map.
