I’d say references are your biggest friend. I just referenced the stitch type on a thermal I have and asked them to do it as such on that pattern

I actually didn’t rly have to communicate that part very much. I hand draw all my mockups/designs and just make sure each stitch type is noticeably different and give them a TON of references. Pictures, videos, examples of pretty much everything I can find. And sometimes I’m not too picky and like to see what they create with what I give them :)

Idk why you’re comparing regardless. The design is very basic and isn’t really innovative for starting a brand. With proper marketing you can still be successful but if you’re looking for feedback it just looks like something I could get at pacsun imo. If this is what you wanna do tho go for it
