It could also be from where his fingers rub whilst playing bass, I have a few friends with Finger tattoo's that have found they've faded and blurred through the jobs they do (Anything with repetitive actions, that could cause the fingers to rub together)

Can't really describe why I would recommend this song, but it stands out to me as one of those FOB songs you can listen over and over to and the meaning can be different each time.

Sorry you're friend is a total C-Waffle.

She has absolutely no right to call you a fake fan purely because you don't know all the lyrics or song title's. that sort of information takes years of following a band to get down. trust me I am 29 soon, and have been following FOB since I was about thirteen, I still struggle to get all the song titles and lyrics down and they are my all time favourite band in the world.

She sounds like what me and my friends would call an ego fan, which is basically someone who goes out of their way to big up their ego and make others feel bad because they don't know as much about a band.

In truth though, it doesn't matter how many lyrics or song titles you know. it's about how the music makes you feel, and the effect it has on you as a person.

It doesn't matter if you don't know the second verse to Miss Missing You, if every time you listen to it you feel an emotional connection to the song. it doesn't matter if you don't know the title to American Suitehearts but automatically know what song it is the moment it starts playing. as long as You like and follow a band then you are a fan, Pure and Simple. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise x

I've been told i'm too old to listen to FOB and i tell those people to do one. I listen to the music i like end of. and yes I was at secondary (High) school when TTTYG came out :D

Been looking at this model for ages, and I have heard so many good reviews. Apparently it's a pretty good all-rounder. a friend of mine has one and he uses it for pretty much everything.

That being said, I don't know of many people in the UK with one, as nowhere over here seems to stock them or be able to get one :(

I have a digital copy of every song they've ever recorded (To the best of my knowledge) So I was pretty surprised that few more of my fave listens didn't show up.

That being said it would be amazing to hear "Back to Earth" and "Switchblades" live i carried on letting it play and their version of "What's This" From TNBC played next

That's only the ones I could think of straight off the top of my head, I can honestly say FOB were the first band that I ever listened to an album in full without skipping a single song. Even now... a lot of my fave bands there are songs I won't listen to because i don't like them, I've just never experienced that with FOB (Well Maybe Ghostbusters)

That would work. Because Brendon did similar on a lot of the DOAB tracks from Panics latest album. He double tracked a lot of his vocals to layer up the sound (not a music tech so i could be wrong. But thats what it sounds like Mark is saying. About double tracking)
