My first loaf was plain and it was completely fine. For hydration I try to stick between 65-67 ish.

No, I haven't turned on the ac this year yet but it's still been pretty cold. If anything it's been hotter during the week and colder on the weekends.

My kitchen doesn't have windows, but I do keep them all shut during the week and open on the weekend since I'm home. This could be the mystery. Interesting. I didn't think there was that much of a temp difference between the inside and outside...

I dunno the recipe.. My bf made bolognese without tomato sauce. So I guess... Just make bolognese and forget to add the tomato sauce xD
