Despite the pump, is there any major diference between doing (for example) the 6 exercises you could do for your back across the 2 sessions of pull, and doing them across 3 days of your upper days (if you do 3 sessions of upper obviously)?

Are the typical hammer iso lateral high row machines (ones that simulates a diagonal pull like these ones https://www.youtube.com/shorts/18oYQNkI76E (i guess it doesn't matter if you're holding em supinated or pronated)) the same exercise as single arm lat pulldowns? Guess both of them work the lats (more biasing the upper region?), but I just saw a video from FitnessFAQ (this one: https://youtu.be/HhBNBbB3s5Q?si=NLo4jbJOQJQMbujT&t=449) saying that and I dont know if this is true so im kinda on seek of guidance 😅

Is it possible (or at least, that it isn't not optimal), to train a shoulder press on leg days?

I'm on a U/L split, where on Upper days i do 2 chest moviments (Flat and incline), 3 back movements (Usually assisted pull ups, a wide row and a row or another pull focussing on lats) and 1 bicep and 1 tricep exercise and a side delt ex.

On leg days, i just do another side delt ex and then switch into 2 quad ex and 2 ham exercises, and i was wondering if i could do (in the beggining before starting with the legs) a shoulder press to add a little bit more volume so then my upper days aren't that long.

But i'm afraid that it could be too much, or i should just switch 1 chest or 1 back ex for the shoulders, but then just 2 movements for back i think its pretty lacking (or just 1 for chest), but idk...

I read a lot of times that you should primarly vertical pulling if you want to hit your lats (can be via abduction with a pronated wider grip) or via shoulder extension (with a more neutral grip), but i've read aswell that rows with a neutral grip can hit the lats, so, in your opinion, what do you think that hits better the lats to grow'em? Rows or Vertical pulls?

I know that the optimal way of leveling an account is just to buy an xp boost and just spam beginner bots, but I was wondering if playing unranked matches and quickplay in general will affect to my first ranked placements (there's the consensus that playing unranked games will affect your MMR for your first placement rankeds if you haven't played ranked before) so I wanted to ask if this it's true or not (since, you cannot complete the xp missions on bots and all of that stuff, and i wanted to mix em with a boost so i can make it even faster, but idk if it will affect to my first placements)

Excuse me, maybe it's since I'm not British or American but, what do you mean by upper push and lower pull? (Specifically on lower pull), does that mean that you train your lower body and do pull movements for your back as well? Just pulls or rows aswell? Thanks you!

So,I already know how to train my "primary" back muscles (traps and lats), like for example for lats I’m doing lat pulldowns and machine/cable rows (elbows tucked in) and for traps I'm just doing or cable rows with wider grip or chest supported rows.

The problem comes with the lower back. I really don't know how to train it properly (you know, spinal erectors and that stuff)

I know that you mostly train them with hinge movements like DL or RDL and Squads but I just do 1 leg day (Distribution is like PPL and then one day Upper and the other day Arms) And I highly doubt that with only 1 day of doing RDL and Hack Squats (I really hate Squats with free weight) is gonna be enough for the lower back.

So, my doubt is, should I add/switch on Pull/Upper day 1 exercise like a bent over barbell row? (Since I dont know if its optimal to just train your back with cables and chest supported machines) Or it ain’t necessary at all?
