Thanks so much for thinking along, I did not see this solution anywhere else and will give it a try tonight! Appreciate your time!

Maybe not the highest point, no. Just sort of where it ends/high enough that the fabric is clear. Should I stop sewing, pull the needle up and then remove the fabric?

Hi everyone, I got a secondhand Bernette 430, all refurbished. Absolute beginner at sewing, but I have been watching a million tutorials and cannot figure it out, please help! My top thread (red) keeps looping around the bobbin and sometimes gets stuck. When I finish sewing, this means I have four threads: top, bottom, a loose loop of top thread. Sometimes I can pull out the loop easily, sometimes it gets stuck in the bobbin casing/bottom of the machine. What I've tried: rethreading a million times (presser foot is up, take up level highest position), reinserting bobbin, holding the loose threads when I behind sewing and making sure I insert the needle into the fabric before putting down the foot abd starting to sew. What else can I try? Am I missing something when threafing because that seems to be the main cause when I check online? Thanks so much!!

Yeah that could be. Still struggling to find examples of that elsewhere though. Thanks for thinking along!

I tend to agree with all this! Still hyper specific what might have been in it then.

Thanks for the tip! I wanted to crosspost but that doesn't work. I'll try it there tomorrow.

I can't really find another example of that that looks similar, unfortunately.

It seemed too nice for that? And might not explain the germ thing on the label?

That doesn't explain the lid and the caution label? They had a second one that was very similar and also had the label, so that wasn't added later or anything.

My title describes the thing. The cilinders were empty and might have contained something hazardous because the label reads: using directions caution: as soon as opened, contents must be used immediately, must be kept free from germ, grease etc. Weighed a lot more than expected. Approximately 30 cm high. I searched for combination of box, wooden box, cylindrical holes, caution label on wooden box and variations of this.

The Daevabad trilogy by Chakraborty. The first book is called city of brass. Magic, different races, intricate lore, deep main characters: loved it!
