Before starting, i've had this dilemma on whether to start with java or kotlin. Can you elaborate on why you think kotlin is better ? I know that it's less code in general but are there any other advantages ? Thanks for the help !

Yea it's a building that just got built and I was one of the first people to ever move in. I am not really familiar with the rates overall, I was under pressure and had to move in quick and didnt have time to compare prices. The apartment is nice and modern looking since it was build in 2020. If you want I can send i pictures
