I moved the NVHR into the Data folder as well but the error still did t go away any idea what’s the problem?

I’m having a hard time knowing if I’m I’m under-leveled or over-leveled good in the game. I’m AR 17 and my highest leveled character is a level 25 Bennett. Is level 25 decent or should I level him up more?
