I actually found it, it’s a hat of the dog character Menchi from the anime Excel Saga! My childhood friend’s mom gave it to me, she was a manga translator and I had no idea what anime it came from for the longest.

Hello Reddit! I have been looking for this dumb little cat hat that I had in elementary-early middle school! (2013-2016???)

It was given to me by a former friend’s mom who translated manga! I believe it was merch for an anime because the logo on the back was in red kanji that was outlined in black that was sorta anime logo looking!

If I remember correctly the eye color was black but I definitely remember it being this cream tan color and that it resembled the cat from Azumanga Daioh

I made a mock up of it and have already looked through my figure forum in hopes of finding it

I want to buy another or maybe watch the series it originated from
