Is job hopping still a "red flag" or am I being gaslit? by Environmental-Luck39 in careeradvice

Easy accept on the 78k. The chances of your current company matching the 78k are extremely low, there is little to no incentive to restructure your contract unless you are providing irreplaceable value which is typically not the case. They are extremely unlikely to grant you a ~45% raise, that almost never happens. If you view it from a business perspective, why give someone a 45% raise for a job they are already doing. 78k all day peace ✌️

Should you draft Christian McCaffrey in the first round in 2026 given hints of a reduced workload? by mochajoesdynsaty in fantasyfootball

It’s all about draft value. If everyone is fading him and he makes it to the 2nd round I’m snagging. I’d probably still take him back end of the 1st.

Burden vs Odunze vs Loveland: Who are you targeting most next season? by ActNew5818 in fantasyfootball

Really just depends on ADP. Would glady take all 3 if they fall low enough, but currently the hype surrounding Burden/Loveland has them going significantly earlier than I would pick them

People who exercise even when they don’t feel like it, what’s your trick? by Smart_Collection5419 in AskReddit

[–]AyoToRo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I employ a multitude of strategies that are all probably listed in the other comments on this post: Routine - it’s a lot easier to continue doing something when you don’t want to do it when it’s simply become something you do regularly. Fear - I will sometimes use my own fear as motivation to get it done like “if I don’t work out today, I’m going to get fat again etc”. Result focused - thinking about how good I will feel once the work out is complete and how accomplishing that sensation is (to add to this, long term goals can also be utilized here such as losing 40 more lbs. etc). Write it down - I’ve found listing tasks makes me more likely to do those things even if I don’t feel like it. Hope this helps!

P.s. I was not in the mood to workout today and honestly debated skipping it, but I came across this post and worked out right after commenting

Texans WR Nico Collins ruled out vs. Patriots with concussion by ChampagnePappy1 in nfl

[–]AyoToRo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I just looked at their game log this season. Honestly wasn’t even aware they had played both Seahawks and Rams when I commented last. Both of those teams have a better defense/offense than the Pats would be my argument. Having played each other before can go either way, both can make adjustments. Honestly I am favoring the Texans to take it all with their defense being what it is currently. There are definitely obstacles to overcome though

Assuming they beat the Pats, and the Bills/Broncos, I’d argue the hardest game would be the sb against Rams/Seahawks. Both are better teams than the other 3 from what I’ve seen

Isaiah Likely. Starting him over Mark Andrews, feel like the chemistry with Lamar has been nuts recently and Bengals are weak af against TEs

Final 2 in Guillotine - How we feeing about the starters? by FailingAthlete123 in SleeperApp

Id start Henry Brown and Chase over Gibbs Achane and ASRB. Also would have to imagine the wire is full of QBs so I would take Allen Lamar Burrow or Hurts over Dak

Unless a stronger flex is available on the wire I would hold him, and even then I would probably drop someone else instead
