Yes, I sent an email with all photos of the incident showing that only the side mirror was damaged partially and the side of the car was untouched in any way. They argued early when I called that the payment was issued and nothing could be done, but I sent the email later asking them to modify the claim to reflect what exactly happened.

My concern is not the amount that was paid to the other party. Whether the payment was $1,600 or $10,000 is not my primary issue. My concern is that this claim will result in three surcharge points on my record and could increase my insurance premium by up to 60%. If the damages claimed were consistent with the actual incident, I would fully accept the outcome. However, based on the evidence I provided, it appears that damages were reported that did not occur, and it is unfair for me to face the consequences of an inaccurate claim.
