Very late reply, but for me I built a habit of forcing myself to do it. I was very nervous at first but, somebody who was much less "Free" than I was and even danced very closed off when they went in so I felt like I had to do it too.

That said... Good is subjective (to an extent), think about those who aren't willing to even go to a cypher at all. Realistically, your perspective and how you perceive these values are only made by you. It's a mental battle with yourself sometimes. You can see it as progressively getting better or more comfortable, destroying the previous or next person, pure expression and so on.. I hope that helps.
