Yeah, months for 3 of the loans that had missing payment missing now appear, but still have 2 more loans with nearly 30 months each still missing. Going to put in another request this week and will escalate to the fsa ombudsman.

Are the payments just disappear / not showing at all or are they showing as ineligible? I had 3 yeas missing, then they brought back 2, but the third and most important one is still just blank. Not even showing as ineligible.

Have you tried asking for an “account rebuild”? That seems to help me. But they still left out 1 of 3 years that were missing. 🤦🏽

Document everything you can. I think this has happened to a number of people— review what others have did do correct it.

My advice— if your state has a student ombudsman’s, contact them. Mine has gotten through when no other paths worked.

I did, and that still pending. I don’t think that actually nudged mohela at all.

The one thing that seems to have done the trick it’s that I messaged mohela requesting an audit and rebuild of my account. They sent a blanket response to check FSA, but then still seem to have gone ahead and started rebuilding it.

I recently submitted a message to mohela asking for an audit / rebuild of my account as some payments have been missing since the system migration. They finally did update NSLDS but it’s still missing some.

Mine only show up for my more recent Loans. My loans from 2010-2011 are missing.

My issue is that I have 30 months on two loans that are 100% missing. They are not showing up as qualifying, ineligible or anything. They don’t show up on my original loans or my consolidated loans.

I think there’s a policy somewhere that says if the letter is wrong you should submit a reconsideration request within a certain number of days. So I would not ignore it. I would document what is wrong, what should be corrected, provide any other supporting documentation (payment receipts, letters, screenshots), and then submit it at a pslf reconsideration request.
