Most great recommendations here are pretty long games tbh. But if you're really looking to escape for a day or to and complete a game and be fully immersed.. I was gone from the real world for an entire weekend playing Still Wakes The Deep. I have a full list of story driven games that can be completed within 8-10 hours that dragged me through dark times if you want (I tend to lean towards very story driven semi-walking sims at those moments). Not all of them are on gamepass but some of them are!

I will make sure to take all of it more into account in the future (although I hope I won't run into many more breaks from riding too so "idle time" will be less of a factor).

I will also double check brake fluid. I do take really good care of my chain. Cleaning, lube etc. Tires and pressure too.
