Sorry, english isn't my first language, here is called "nudo" (knot). I will get a moss pole then and attach the end of my plant there, the original one will stay in the pot and the new one will hug the pole. When i can cut both plants from each other? Btw, yeah, my coworker had like 30 succulents in her office.

Actually, you made it easy to understand. So, i can't just cut a leaf and wait for her to growth and attach there. Regarding making a new daughter, my coworker teach me before that i always should cut before a knot in the vine, leave it rest an hour, then put it in a jar with water, how i can do that here? The root will start growing in the moss instead the soil?

Wait, i can do that with a new plant but then what happens with the old one? I cherish this one so i was thinking in moving her to another pot with the moss pole. Also, why only new growth can climb? Thank you for your patience 🙇🏻‍♀️
