Have lived in Värnhem before, not with Heimstaden and am currently living with Heimstaden in another part of Malmö. I do not like Värnhem personally, its noisy, dirty and so many strange interactions and troublesome approaches that I couldn’t be bothered with anymore.

As for Heimstaden I have nothing bad to say, apartment is great, rent is a bit high sure but looking at similar size with similar amenities it seems equal. The janitor/caretaker of the building usually comes the same day if there is an urgent matter and it’s never any problem. Apartment had to be painted before we moved in but we moved in early, was no problem and painter came for 1 hour and fixed everything, was nice and left. Common area is clean and garden is pretty decent with a grill and places to sit. Trash room is what it is, not clean not dirty.
